We are certainly experiencing a sellers market in most of Ontario but definitely here in Orangeville. We have seen a slight increase in listings in the past week or so but that being said we still only have 23 available properties in Orangeville. These properties range in price from $449,900. for a 1 1/2 story 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home to $1,099,900 for a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom executive estate home.

The number of active listings in Orangeville decreased by 51.85% in February 2017 vs. February 2016. 17 less listings came on the Toronto Board in February 2017 vs. February 2016, which is a decrease of 22.97%. The number of homes sold decreased by 3 sales. The average days on the market decreased from 13 to 10 days. Average sale prices were up by 16.06%.
Year to Date 2017 vs. Year to Date 2016
The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date decreased from 122 to 96, which is a decrease of 21.31%. The number of homes sold decreased by 3 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 18 to 15 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 21.58%.
